The Approach

The science behind healthy ageing.

This approach works with the skin's own repair biology rather than against it. Instead of simply filling a line, the approach uses growth factors drawn from your own platelets, purified DNA fragments and collagen-stimulating treatments to support the structures that thin and weaken with age.

The distinction matters in practice: treatments aimed at volume alone tend to accumulate and eventually look like treatment; treatments aimed at skin quality tend to make people look well rather than altered.

The aim is never to change your face. It is to keep skin healthy, restore what time takes, and always look natural.

Who It's For

Areas of treatment:

Face

Skin health and rejuvenation, collagen stimulation, skin boosters, polynucleotide treatments, and PRP. Dermal filler including tear trough filler for under-eye hollows, non-surgical facial contouring, and consultations for line-softening treatments.

Skin of Colour

Darker skin tones age, scar and pigment differently, and are historically underserved by aesthetic medicine. Pigmentation risk changes which treatments are appropriate and at what settings. A specialism of both Dr Vimple and the clinic.

Hair & Body

Hair restoration support, PRP and regenerative therapies, mesotherapy, fat-dissolving injections, weight management and minor surgical procedures including mole and skin-tag removal.

The Process

How a consultation works:

01

A medical consultation first: history, medications, previous treatments, skin assessment and what you actually want to change. No treatment is carried out at an enquiry.

02

An honest recommendation, including when the answer is a different treatment, a delay, or none at all. You will be told the realistic range of results, the downtime, and the risks.

03

Treatment by Dr Vimple, with aftercare instructions and a review appointment to assess the result and adjust the plan.

FAQ

Common questions.

Will I look like I have had work done?

That is the outcome Dr Vimple works hardest to avoid. The aim is never to change your face; it is to keep skin healthy and restore what time takes. If what you are asking for would look obvious or unnatural, she will tell you so and decline.

What are polynucleotide treatments?

Injectable treatments derived from purified DNA fragments, used to support skin quality, hydration, and repair. The evidence base is developing rather than settled; Dr Vimple will explain honestly what they can and cannot do before you decide.

Am I suitable for dermal fillers?

Suitability is decided at a face-to-face medical consultation covering your medical history, medications, previous treatments and your goals — never on the day of enquiry, and never on the basis of a photograph.

Do you treat darker skin tones?

Yes. Skin of colour is a specialism of both Dr Vimple and the clinic. Darker skin ages, scars and pigments differently, and treatments that are routine on paler skin can cause pigmentation problems if applied without that understanding.

Is there downtime?

It varies by treatment, from none at all to a few days of swelling or bruising. You will be told exactly what to expect for your specific treatment before you book, not after.

How long do results last?

This depends on the treatment, your skin, your age and your lifestyle, and honest ranges rather than fixed figures are the only accurate answer. Dr Vimple will give you those ranges at consultation.

Who actually performs the treatment?

Dr Vimple, a doctor of nearly thirty years, at the CQC-registered clinic she co-founded. Treatments are not delegated to non-medical staff.

What if the right answer is no treatment?

Then that is what she will tell you. A meaningful proportion of aesthetic consultations should end without a procedure, and that outcome is treated as a good one.
